Nice look and feel: poor operation

Phone looks nice, fits well in the hand. But can barely hear unless you turn it on speaker. Also “freezes” often and refuses to operate until powered off and back on again. Some of the text options are non-functional. Overall seems way over-priced for a device that doesn’t function properly

Swipe/ Scrolling

​I recently purchased a phone, and it missed the full swipe feature. I reached out to the customer service team via email and was pleasantly surprised to receive a call back the same day. The representative I spoke with was able to add the full swipe feature to my phone remotely.

I am extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received and would highly recommend both the phone and your company to others.
